Harpreet, Lallu, and Balwinder are three young students from Vidyanagar. Lallu and Balwinder are into politics, but Balwinder is the new leader of the ruling party. The film explores one incident which increases the tension between Lallu and Balwinder. But who is Harpreet, and what makes her important in this story... To find out, watch RAGAD.
